Do your roots need Tribus?

Do your roots need Tribus?

As spring planting ramps up, many gardeners are planning out what they’re going to put in the ground, how big they expect their harvest to be, and what they can do to make it the best one yet! For those who are growing food crops – size is important. Everyone loves to have a bushel of large, ripe strawberries or a big yield of zucchini to give to their neighbors or take to the local Farmer’s Market.

Cucumbers

You may be doing all the right things; have great soil with the right amendments, irrigation, and a great organic pest control system set up. Your plants look amazing, but they’re just not the size you’d hoped they would be. There may be an easier way to get to the root of this quandary, and that’s just it…the roots.

Roots

The importance of a strong root system can’t be overlooked: roots provide the anchor needed to keep a plant in place and they’re the lifeline of a plant; taking up air, water, and nutrients from the soil and moving them up into the leaves, where they can interact with sunlight to produce sugars, flavors, and energy for the plant. Biologists have discovered that roots also secrete compounds that affect the microorganisms in the soil, which help protect the plant from disease and encouraging it to absorb nutrients from the soil – these organisms can be found in the root zone, which is the area that can you can focus on next to give your plants they need to grow better and bigger!

Tribus Microbes Originalis the product you can use that will get right to the ‘root’ of what you’re looking to improve in your grow. Tribus Microbes Original is a highly concentrated, targeted blend of three growth-promoting rhizobacteria that can be used with organic or conventional growing practices to increase crop quality and quantity.

Bacteria

It may sound too good to be true, but the process is straightforward; these bacteria work symbiotically with the plant by producing extracellular enzymes and other biochemicals that maximize nutrient availability and uptake, improving root and stem growth, and increasing the plant’s growth rate. The bacteria in Tribus Original will populate the root zone of plants in all mediums and does not cause problematic biofilm formation in hydroponic applications. Simply put, these rhizobacteria get right to roots and help your plant make the best use of the nutrients available, so your plants can grow stronger with a better yield. You can even use Tribus Originalon seedlings to reduce the time from cut to root in clones while simultaneously encouraging vigorous development of new roots – get your grow started off right!

While greenhouses are extremely beneficial, insects can’t be totally avoided. Pests can sneak into your greenhouse on the bottom of leaves, in the soil, and even on a shirt or tool being brought in from outside. This is why pest management in greenhouses is vital to keeping your greenhouse plants healthy, especially if you’re sharing seedlings or starting cuttings for your landscape.
