Spray the inside of the fruiting bag and cut small holes for airflow, then place the whole kit in the bag and close with a twist tie or rubber band. Mushrooms should begin to appear within 10-14 days for most species. 

Leave blocks in a clean space away from floors, garbage, or dirt for best results.
